Growl Racing Events – Terms of Use



By purchasing tickets or using this Flicket ticketing site (“the Platform”), you agree to the following rules and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.



1. Respectful Participation

• All ticket holders and users must act respectfully towards event staff, exhibitors, and other attendees. Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.



2. Ticket Purchases & Payment

• All ticket sales are processed securely through Flicket and its approved payment partner Stripe.
• By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• Prices include applicable fees and GST where required.
• Once payment is processed, you will receive confirmation via email.
• Tickets are valid for the date(s) and event listed only.



3. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law or in the event of a cancellation by the organiser.
• If an event is rescheduled, all existing tickets will remain valid for the new date.
• The organiser reserves the right to alter, reschedule or cancel any aspect of the event program due to adverse weather, safety concerns or operational requirements.
• Refunds will not be issued where the event proceeds as scheduled, even if specific performances, demonstrations or features are cancelled or amended.
• Tickets are transferable, allowing you to gift or resell them at face value.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry if a ticket appears fraudulent or has been tampered with.



4. Event Conduct & Safety

• Attendees must follow all instructions from event staff and comply with venue safety rules.
• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving unsafely or disrespectfully.



5. Photography & Media

• By attending, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may occur. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes by Growl Racing, or their partners without further consent or compensation.



6. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal information collected during ticket purchase is handled in accordance with Flicket’s Privacy Policy and our own event management policies.
• Your contact details (such as name and email address) may be used by Growl Racing Events to send event updates, prize notifications, or marketing related to our events.
• With your consent, your details may also be shared with selected event sponsors or exhibitors for promotional purposes directly related to the Performance Pulse Expo and other Growl Racing Events.
• We only share data with trusted partners who align with our brand values and who agree to protect your information.
• You may opt out of receiving future communications from sponsors at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in their messages or by contacting us directly.
• We do not sell or disclose personal information to unrelated third parties.



7. Platform Use

• You agree not to misuse the Flicket platform, including attempts to access unauthorized data, manipulate pricing, or interfere with operations.
• The organiser and Flicket are not responsible for service interruptions or errors beyond their control (such as internet outages or payment gateway downtime).



8. Acceptance of Terms

• By completing your ticket purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use.
• These terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
